Return Period:
You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Beyond this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange.
Return Criteria:
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Return Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. If after checking you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@monparfumdereve.com.
Promotional Items:
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges:
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at contact@monparfumdereve.com.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. In case of refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
